At the beginning of our relationship, Nonprofit Navigators will partner with your organization to conduct a comprehensive Discovery and Analysis. Our Strategists collaborate with clients to assess all aspects of your organization, including programming, financials, organizational structure, policies, marketing, and social media. This process helps us identify your organization’s strengths, as well as areas of improvement, and determine next steps for working together. The deliverable from this process is an in-depth view of how your organization appears to funders, aligns with nonprofit industry best practices, and is paired with practical next steps for growth and improvement. Based on this analysis, your Strategist will make recommendations for the appropriate next steps for your organization whether that is a Foundation Search if your organization is grant ready or another consulting service if your organization needs a next step to be at that level.
